Antonio de Nebrija University is an independent Spanish university with a firmly international outlook and a practical focus. Our mission is to maintain the highest standards of academic teaching and scientific research in all our specialized areas in order to contribute not only to the training and professional and human development of our students, but also to the progress of society in general.
As to its international profile, the University offers a wide range of international programmes, some of which are awarded dual qualifications whereas others provide students with the opportunity to spend one or two semesters or academic courses in prestigious universities in Europe, USA and Canada.
Studies comprehend over 50 bachelor programmes in Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Health, Communication, Architecture and Engineering. There is also a wide range of postgraduate courses, including several MBA programmes and PhD programmes.
The University has four campuses located in Madrid and in Hoyo de Manzanares. The facilities, equipped with modern systems and resources, are prepared for the use of the Information and Communication Technologies.

Sonia Boulos
Sonia Boulos is an Associate Professor of international human rights law at the Faculty of Law and International relations, Nebrija University. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Juridical Science from the University of Notre Dame, USA. She was awarded the Fulbright doctoral scholarship for her doctoral studies. Her research focuses on the international protection of human rights. She is the Principal Investigator of SEGERICO- The Research Group on Security, Risks Management and Conflict, at Nebrija University. She serves as the co-editor of Palestine/Israel Review. She is a member of the research team of Security in Context, a network of international scholars working on redefining commonly held conceptions of security. She has participated in 7 competitive European and national research projects. Her research has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Human Rights, the Journal of Holly Land and Palestine Studies, the Politics and Governance, Media and Communication. Gracias Abad
Gracias Abad is an Associate Professor of International Relations and the Vice Dean for research at the Faculty of Law and International Relations, Nebrija University. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has been a visiting researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London, the University of Coimbra, the European Policy Center in Brussels, and the Rajaratnam School of International Studies in Singapore. Her research interests include international security, international organizations, integration processes and multilateralism. Carlos Lopez Gomez
Carlos Lopez Gomez hold a PhD in History from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is an Assistant Professor of International Relations and co-director of the master’s degree in international relations at Nebrija University. He has been a visiting researcher at the European University Institute in Florence and the Free University of Brussels. He has authored several publications on the history of International Relations and Spanish foreign policy. He is a member of the Spanish Commission on the History of International Relations (CEHRI) and the Association for Contemporary History (AHC). He has participated in numerous research projects on Spanish foreign policy in the second half of the 20th century, especially in the context of the democratic transition. Luis Garcia Segura
Luis Garcia Segura holds a PhD in Law from Nebrija University and is a practicing attorney. He is the Director of the master's degree in Data Protection and Security and the Coordinator of the master’s degree in Cybercrime at Nebrija University. His research and teaching focus primarily on new technology law, data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and human rights. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Spanish Association for the Promotion of Information Security (ISMS Forum), and the Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (DENAE).
