The National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), established in 1991 as a school of governance and training of professionals for essential social areas, is a landmark in the Romanian academic setting.
SNSPA is a state institution of higher education, scientific research and professional academic training offering undergraduate degrees, master’s degrees and doctoral studies. SNSPA trains and develops professional competencies in Political Sciences, Sociology, Administrative Studies, International Relations, Diplomacy, European Studies, Communication Sciences, Psychology, Management, Human Resources, thus contributing to change at national and international level, a change based on democratic values and principles.
In its over two decades of existence, SNSPA has trained professionals who due to their level of knowledge contribute to the drawing up and management of public policies in state institutions, to the development of the country’s international affairs, to the organisation and management of business in private companies, to the improvement of communication and to the process of nation or company branding.

Henry P. Rammelt
Henry P. Rammelt is Senior Researcher at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest (Romania), where he leads the Romanian team of the ProTest project and studies civil society campaigns to hold corporations accountable in the framework of the CORPACCOUNT project (led by Raluca Grosescu). He is an affiliate of GMU's Center for Social Science Research. Henry holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Lyon, and he has held research positions and fellowships at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF), the Romanian Academy, and the University of Bucharest. He is the author of Activistes Protestataires en Hongrie et en Roumanie (L’Harmattan, 2018) and the co-editor of Power and Protest in Central and Eastern Europe (Palgrave Macmillan, 2025). He is also the co-director of the documentary movie Portavoce—The Romanian Culture of Protest (2018). His research has been published in journals such as PSR and EEPS and featured in different media outlets such as Der Standard and Euronews. Vlad Bujdei-Tebeica
Vlad Bujdei-Tebeica is Assistant Professor at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, where he teaches European politics at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He coordinates the CeSIP research project Betting on a Better Future, which investigates youth exposure to gambling and its regulatory and social implications. Vlad holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with a focus on the ideological crisis of the European left in post-2008 Europe. His research explores the intersection of populism, political discourse, and democratic backsliding, with recent publications including In Populism’s Shadow: The European Left after the 2008 Crisis (Pro Universitaria, 2023), and articles such as “Green Policies, Gray Areas” (Civil Szemle, 2024) and “European Populism and the War in Ukraine” (Perspective Politice, 2023).
